Engineering Spec Service

Engineered Crusher Service to ISO 9001 + AS 4024 Plant Safety

Hydraulic flow recalibration on cone packs · Tier 4 Final emissions audit · vibrating screen RPM and CSS re-validation against published curves.

Service Tiers Matched to Crushing Environments

Quarry supervisors and mining reliability leads rarely want a generic maintenance brochure. Sandvik structures service scopes around the circuit you actually run — primary jaw trains, secondary cone CSS targets, multi-deck screening or tunnelling spoil crushers. Each tier names inclusions, audit cadence and the documentation pack your engineer of record can file against the next shutdown window.

When comparing aftermarket manganese to OEM-spec liner kits, ask for serial-matched chamber drawings, screen cloth tension logs and hydraulic ISO 4406 sample history. Our field teams treat crushing wear parts as controlled inventory so mean-time-to-repair stays inside contracted response windows on remote haul roads.

Tier Inclusion Crush / Screen Audit Documentation
T1 — Primary Jaw Circuit 24/7 dispatch · toggle / pitman warranty window Quarterly jaw opening gauge & liner thickness map ISO 9001 audit pack + Tier 4 NOx log
T2 — Aggregate / Cone Plant Scheduled cone liner rotation Monthly cone crusher CSS calibration Crusher wear-rate trend chart
T3 — Screening Train Cloth & spring kit staging Vibration frequency RPM verify + mesh tension Screen efficiency snapshot pack
T4 — Mobile Crushing Line Pre-season power-pack service Conveyor weigh-bridge & interlock verify Plant commissioning dossier for EOR

Four-Step Service Methodology

  1. 01

    ISO 9001 Service Scope

Feed size limits, target t/h, CSS set-points and screen fractions are written into the service contract before the first site visit. Ambiguous “as needed” language is removed so shutdown planners can book liner kits against calendar weeks.

  2. 02

    Tier 4 Final Emissions Audit

DPF/SCR samples under load follow ISO 8178 C1 cycle language and are submitted to the project EHS officer with the mobile plant serial map.

  3. 03

    CSS & Screen Re-validation

Cone closed-side settings, jaw discharge openings and vibrating screen RPM are re-stamped against the published curves used in your tender package.

  4. 04

    Reliability Reporting

MTBF / MTTR plus ISO 4406 hydraulic cleanliness trends are signed by the Sandvik reliability lead and filed with your engineer of record.
