RFQ checklist (copy into your inquiry)

  • Feed size (mm) and rock type / abrasive index — primary jaw classes are sized 900–1,200 mm on limestone blast rock.
  • Target output capacity (t/h) under wet or dry feed; published Sandvik plant classes span 200–1,500 t/h before altitude derate.
  • Cone CSS (mm) and product fractions (e.g. 16 / 22 / 32 mm asphalt); or ask for the jaw vs impact primary-stage decision matrix.
  • Screen vibration band (RPM) and mesh; note wet wash vs dry dust-controlled decks when water rights or dust permits constrain the circuit.
  • Operating boundaries: surface moisture >8–10%, sites above ~2,500 m ASL, or urban night noise/dust windows change which mobile pack we quote.
